Do I have to pay?
No. Your client’s plan covers up to 6 people, including your client, and you can be one of them.
What exactly is recorded?
Each request your client sends, and every action taken on it: who did what, and when.
Does this replace my employer’s rules?
No. Simeon gives you a clear record of the help you give, but it doesn’t change your employer’s or your profession’s rules. If you work for an agency, check with them first.
Is my client’s information safe?
