Your information is protected by end-to-end encryption and a zero-knowledge design. It is encrypted on your device before it leaves, so only you and the people you choose can read it. Each new device must also be authorized before it can access your account.

No. Your passwords and personal information are encrypted on your device before they are stored. Simeon never has access to them.

We will also never ask you for them. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Simeon and asks for your passwords or bank details, it is a scam.

Digital legacy features are on our roadmap. They will let you choose trusted people who can access your important information, according to your wishes.

Today, you can already share access with family members you trust. You decide what they can access and for how long.

With Simeon, you don't need to send passwords by text, by email or on paper.

Instead, each person keeps their own secure space and decides what to share, with whom, for how long, and for what purpose. When help is needed, it's requested directly from the app rather than through scattered messages, so support stays clear and easy to follow over time.

When your loved one needs help, they send a request from Simeon. Each request goes to one helper, so it's always clear who is handling it.

Depending on what's needed, the helper either does the task for them, or sees their screen and guides them step by step so they can do it themselves. Help works remotely, so you don't need to be in the same place.

Yes. Simeon works on computers, phones and tablets, through a web app, mobile apps and browser extensions. Your information stays in sync across all your authorized devices.

Today, Simeon stores your logins and access details for your online accounts.

Secure storage for other important information, such as documents, financial details and family records, is on our roadmap.

It depends on how you use Simeon:

• Families: €39.90 per year after a free trial. The plan covers up to 6 people and includes Security Insights, with awareness tips and threat reports.

Yes. Families can try Simeon for free before subscribing. No card is needed to start.
