Pricing questions

How does the free trial work?

You get 3 months free, with no card needed, so nothing is charged automatically. To keep using Simeon afterwards, you subscribe for €39.90 a year.

Who pays?

The account administrator, usually the family member who sets up Simeon. Everyone else is a member of the subscription, so one plan covers up to 6 people, in any mix of those who need help and those who help.

Do helpers need their own plan?

No. Everyone added to the subscription is covered, including a care professional. Each person keeps their own secure space and decides what is shared, with whom, for how long and for what purpose.

I already use a password manager. Why pay for Simeon?

Password managers are built to store logins for one person. Simeon is built for helping each other: you can ask for help or give it without sharing full access to an account, and you can always see who did what. It also includes the Simeon assistant and support from our team.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Sensitive information is protected by end-to-end encryption, and Simeon never has access to your data.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes.
